TV-Browser 4.2.2 Final

Like most of the time a new TV-Browser was released on the 24th day of the 12th month. The way marked programs are presented was change, it's possible to create as many colors as needed and programs can be highlighted with more than one color at the same time. Besides the improvements bug were also be fixed, a full list of the changes can be found here.
